Return & Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality astro-inspired bracelets, tree pendants, tumbled stones, and crystal products that meet customer expectations. Due to the spiritual and natural nature of these items, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

By placing an order, customers agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

Because crystals and stones are natural products, variations in color, texture, size, or inclusions are not considered defects.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or worn bracelets or pendants
  • Energized, activated, or customized spiritual products
  • Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Orders placed during clearance or special promotional sales
  • Change-of-mind purchases

4. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request within the allowed timeframe.
  2. Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  3. Wait for approval before shipping the item back.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our side

If the returned item does not meet eligibility conditions, the refund may be declined.


6. Replacement Policy

Customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund when:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed

Replacement processing time may vary depending on product availability.


7. Damaged Package Claims

If the package appears damaged at delivery:

  • Record an unboxing video immediately upon opening
  • Claims without proof may not be approved

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed and standard return rules will apply.


9. Natural Product Disclaimer

All crystals and stones are naturally formed materials. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images. These natural variations enhance authenticity and are not grounds for return or refund.


10. Processing Time

  • Return inspection: 2–3 business days after receipt
  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Replacement dispatch: Subject to stock availability
