My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We understand you're excited to receive your crystals. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping confirmation. You can track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your order seems delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer service team at healingtreasurestore@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll promptly investigate the status for you.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We do not process or ship orders on public holidays. Orders placed before or during holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that shipping carriers also observe holidays, which may cause additional delays. We recommend placing orders well in advance of holidays if you need your crystals by a specific date.

Do you deliver to my PIN code?

Healing Treasure ships to most locations across the country. To check if we deliver to your specific PIN code, simply enter your complete address during checkout. If we're unable to deliver to your location, the system will notify you before you complete your purchase.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

For standard deliveries under rs500, no signature is typically required, and packages may be left in a secure location at your delivery address. However, for orders valued above rs500 or more - a signature is required upon delivery to ensure your precious items reach you safely. If you prefer a different arrangement, please note your preference in the "Special Instructions" field during checkout.
