Refund & Return Policy

At Healing Treasure, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have set certain guidelines for returns and refunds.

 

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product by emailing us at contact@healingtreasure.com.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.

  • To process returns or damage claims, please record a video of the product unboxing and upload it to the provided Google Form.

 

❌ IMPORTANT:

Opened, used, or tampered products are strictly non-returnable.
This is to maintain hygiene and ensure product safety for all our customers.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items purchased during a sale or with discount offers

  • Wellness or personal care products (like oils, supplements, etc.) due to hygiene reasons

  • Customized or special order items

 

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before dispatch (whichever comes first).
To cancel, email us at contact@healingtreasure.com with your order details.

 

5. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged or defective products

  • Incorrect items sent

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with proper image proof.

 

6. Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

  • If the item received was defective or wrong, we may arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse shipping upon proof.
